Borrowing

Couriers

The Etna Library arranges for couriers to travel between the Etna and the Howe libraries every weekday.

If you see an item in the catalog that is at Howe, but not Etna, you can request to have it sent to Etna for pickup!

Request a Library Card

An Etna Library card is a portal to a world of physical and digital information, history, knowledge, and entertainment. Your card will work at both the Etna Library and the Howe Library.

The link below will bring you to the Howe Library's website, where you can choose the Etna Library as your 'home library' during the card application.

[Note: Etna & Howe Libraries are two separate libraries with reciprocal borrowing privileges for all cardholders.]

Click here to get your card!

(via the Howe Library's website)

Or, stop by the Etna Library during our regular hours and bring an ID with your address on it, and we'll be happy to set you up!
